An introduction to the services and values of MLJ Management Training.
I will learn about each company, its culture and the people I will be working with. I will work closely with you and ensure you receive excellent communication. A report will be sent to you, outlining delegate progress and overall feedback after each training session to ensure follow through.
Training is designed around the needs of your company and your budget. A creative range of courses starting from micro sessions to full management development programmes are available.
A pre-assessment tool will be used to find out more about learner training needs and business requirements. Post assessment tools are then used to ensure optimum staff development and return on investment.
These sessions are designed to have maximum impact, whilst being able to fit into a busy schedule. Preparation to find out exactly what the delegates want to achieve prior to the course, will save wasted time and achieve increased return on investment.
1 to 2 day courses
These sessions are designed to be fully participative, with self-reflection and next steps, to ensure learning is applied into the workplace. Each course is tailored around the company and the delegates requirements.
Management development programmes
A programme designed to tailor the needs of both new, established and up and coming managers. Personalised booklets are provided so that reflective logs, action plans and C.P.D. can be evidenced along with useful templates and information. Sessions are held every 2-4 weeks so that learning can be applied and reflected on between each session. I will coach delegates, as well as liaising with your key stakeholders to share progress. All training will be aligned to your core values and business requirements.
Each subject can be designed as a micro, one-two day course, or a component of a management development programme. Two micro sessions can be delivered in the same day.
